About Me
Hi, I am a 51 year old lady that has been drinking since I was 13 years old. I cannot stop. I am struggling today with a horrible hangover and I am once again calling today my 1st day of sobriety. When I get some sleep tonight and feel better tomorrow, I will think it's OK to have a 'few' drinks tomorrow eve after work. I will not have a few drinks, I will finish the bottle, disappoint my family and black out into bed. I am interested in meeting some middle aged people that have been struggling with this same situation their entire lives. Please message me and maybe we can help each other. I am in therapy and I am attending AA meetings, but I seem to forget all of that when the urge for a drink enters my mind. I don't want to do this anymore, I am sick of it.
