Breaking Bad Action Figures
The only way I could show you how this Breaking Bad figure looks is to change my profile picture to it. Come on now: Beakers, Barrels, etc. Toys R Us was selling "Breaking Bad" action figures. So, Florida Mother Susan Myers started a petition on Change.org. Actor Bryan Cranston took to twitter saying he was going to protest Florida Mother dolls. Boy, has he Lost Perspective with the role. Now I know why I always felt sorry for his kids on "Malcolm in the Middle". So, Toys R Us then said they would put the action figures in the Teen Section. Wow. That'll take care of the problem, because as we all know--Teens Don't Do Meth! Today, the toy giant said they'd pull them. Well, that's good! We have to stay vigilant, because the glorification of the drug culture whether casual or blatant, is still Insidious.

It's amazing what kind of ideas get rushed into production. I'd as soon have expected action figures glorifying human trafficking, gang rape, prostitution or racial persecution. ("Comes with cute plastic noose?") Someone at Toys R Us is ethically and emotionally tone death -- I wouldn't let him run my local animal shelter for even an hour.

I'm bad about worrying about things like: If marijuana becomes legal for recreational use, then what's next? By marketing these dolls, are they already trying to desensitize us to meth and crack next? I am for any beneficial drug for medicinal purposes especially for terminally ill patients. But drugs for recreation.........no.

When I heard about this I thought it was satire..like from The Onion. This makes Joe Camel look wholesome...What exactly are kids supposed to do with these "toys"? What kind of parents would buy them or allow them? Heroin overdoses are epidemic in a lot of areas among the teen population (and not just urban schools). Anything for $...
