Anjalah 3 Thanks	Suboxene My husnand has been on and off suboxene for over a year.....he's off everytime he has a relapse (dope) this is my question....at one point he was down to a quarter of a pill and sex drive was at ZERO...he recently had another relapse of his dope and is back up to a half a pill of suboxene and sex drive is still at ZERO......does a person have to get off suboxene totally to get his sex drive back and if so how long do you have to be totally off suboxene to get that sex drive back Posted: 03/31/2015 10:34 AM Received 0 Thanks for this Post

I don't believe your husband is using it correctly. Drug use changes the furniture around in his head and wreaks havock on his body, he may have physical affects for years after hie stops using, but he has to stop this yo yo using first. Most people on the site have personal experiences to share & others have medical/ scientific knowledge. The 2 Members above have Both. Recovering Addicts & Loved Ones of Addicts know the physical & emotional damage that Addiction does & the Life Disruption it brings. Patrizia,( photo to the left), my nearly 27 yr. old daughter died over a year ago: Heroin Overdose. Had she struggled w/that for Years? No. Was she on "wean" drugs. No. Her DOC (drug of choice) was Meth. But a new guy she was dating was Into It. She Died in his shabby downtown storage unit because of It.
