New drugs?
Found in my house a gallon empty milk jug with a rigged metal
Tube one top. Daughter says it was a bong. Also bottle of white distilled vinegar and apple cider vinegar. What is that used for in drug world?

In Response to: New drugs? I never heard of a bong filled with vinegar. Vinegar is used to cook brown heroin for injecting, but not in those amounts. Are you also finding cigarette filters?
